"When young people are wise, a country will become wise; when young people are strong, a country will become strong." Education is a long-term project that determines the future and hope of a nation. Even in every family, it is also the parents' lifelong career and greatest wish to help their children to become successful. In order to support the healthy growth of employees' children, and contribute to the education of China and building a better world, the Council of SELF-Y.M. Rong Foundation announced a Scholarship Program for employees' children admitted to a university since 2021. The employees who have worked in SELF for more than 2 years will be given special bonus if their children are newly admitted to the university and actually enrolled. Specific award criteria are as follows:

The world’s Top 50 universities (World University Rankings: 1-50): RMB 20,000 

The world’s Top 100 universities (World University Rankings: 51-100): RMB 10,000 

Key universities in China (Project 211 & 985): RMB 10,000 

Other universities (Undergraduate): RMB 5000
