From April 28 through June 28, 2017, the Palace Museum held “Calligraphy and Paintings of Four Famous Monks” in the Hall of Martial Valor. SELF was the designated supplier of lighting and fixtures for this exhibition. This represents SELF’s second application to the Forbidden City since its 2015 exhibition of “The Timeless Way of Building”. To capture the details of the images and their essence, SELF adopted ripple-free light sweep technology to custom-made lighting and fixtures for the paintings, which was supported by a noise-free power supply and efficient cooling management, producing an excellent effect at the exhibition.
