SELF Carnival: Every May 17, a grand corporate celebration will be staged. All entertainment programs are rehearsed and performed by our employees, which is permeated with the passion of SELF employees for today’s fight and tomorrow’s cheer.

SELF Caring Station: Our workers’ union has a caring fund that proffers assistance and relief for each employee in need. Every festival and holiday, the workers’ union will organize various activities for stationed employees to enrich their time outside of work. The “SELF Home” of Meilong Quarters was recognized by Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions as “the Library of Workers”, and received the honorary award of “Demonstrative Worker Center” from the Ningbo Government.

The employee care must be properly cultivated. SELF believes that “the Chinese character ‘人’ (human) shows mutually structured support”. Thus, if all minds stick together, people will unite as one.
